Toller Urlaub in tollem Haus

Wir hatte 14 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in diesem schönen modernen Haus. Einzig und allein gefiel uns die Lage nicht so sehr, da doch sehr viele unbebaute Grundstücke nebenan waren, auf denen jetzt nach und nach gebaut wird und daher demnach auch mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist. Das Haus an einer anderen Stelle wäre perfekt gewesen...aber das weiß man beim nächsten Mal! Wenn die Umgebung etwas mehr bebaut ist wird es mit Sicherheit etwas schöner werden. Wir würden dann wieder mal reinschneien... Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war tadellos und durch einen Tipp hatten wir auch alles das erreicht, wofür wir hergekommen sind...

Villa Ciao Bella

The property was beautiful and clean. The check in was different from all other VRBOs I have stayed at. They were very strict on the 4:00 pm check in unless you’re willing to pay the host cash. We arrived at exactly 4pm and the cleaning crew was still there. After a 3 hour flight and entertaining 2 young childrenfor hours,We were definitely ready to check in. We went in anyway and sat outside until the cleaning crew were done. (They were very nice). I just received a receipt today for our stay. I was aware that we would have to pay for electricity, which we have had to pay extra to heat the pool at other VRBOs but the most we have ever paid was 50. I was charged 120 for 1week electricity. Way over priced. Damage deposit was non refundable damage insurance.We will not stay here again. We felt like we were being nickeled and dimed. We will not stay where that management company is managing again. My sister and her family stayed a few miles from us and her VRBO was completely the opposite. Electricity was included in the rent, damage deposit was refunded, and the host called her 2 hours early and told her the house was ready and they could check in anytime at no extra charge. This is how all of our previous VRBOs have been.

FL Vacation

The house, pool, and hot tub were beautiful! Our only complaint was the pool did not warm up enough to comfortably swim until the last two days of our 10 day vacation. The management responded quickly when we contacted them. They said it was because of the cool temperatures at night. Maybe a larger heater, or disclosure when renting approximately how long it takes to warm the pool. The hot tub warmed nicely and we spent quite a bit of time in it. It would also be helpful to have written instructions on how to set the pool/hot tub heater and the televisions. Just a suggestion…pot holders needed as we could not find any. New pillows on beds are needed. As I said, it is a beautiful property with excellent response from management. I would recommend this property. We especially liked the layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 king beds, 4 bathrooms.

We loved it ❤️

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful holiday at the house and enjoyed every single day. We were able to arrive a day earlier than initially planned, and Tanja and Robert were incredibly helpful in making that happen, even on such short notice. During our stay, we reached out to them a few times with questions, and they were always quick to respond with answers and solutions. Unfortunately, our stay ended the day after Hurricane Helene passed through, but once again, Tanja and Robert were very supportive, providing guidance on both the weather and the house, reassuring us to stay safely inside. We caught fish in the canal and even spotted turtles and an alligator from the dock! The range hood in the outdoor kitchen wasn’t working optimally, which we reported to the rental agency at the beginning of our stay. However, the outdoor space—complete with kitchen, TV, and Sonos speakers—was fantastic. One evening, we even watched a movie on the terrace, which was a perfect setup. We would happily recommend this house to others and would love to return ourselves. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home and for all your help and support during our stay. Wonderful vacation house!

We had a fantastic vacation at this property! The pool and hot tub are the best I’ve seen! There was a nice shallow area for younger kids and steps to go down into the pool. The hot tub got nice and warm rather quickly. There was a wagon in the garage for the beach. There is also many beach toys for children, as well as floaties for the pool. Bedrooms were very nice and each had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The master bathroom has a huge shower with a rain shower. There was a lot of space in this house. If you have a problem or question it is easy to send a text to the management. They were very helpful. I would recommend this property for your vacation.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family. Loved the infinity pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful Cape Coral getaway

Our group of six had a wonderful stay. The pool was fabulous and quite large for a rental property. The outdoor furniture was plentiful for watching tv, sunbathIng or just hanging out. The pool toys & beach gear was much appreciated as were the beach/pool towels. We rented kayaks & enjoyed exploring the neighborhood by canal. The beds were comfortable & there were plenty of extra blankets, etc. There were starter supplies (toilet paper, trash bags,etc) when we arrived & the pantry was well stocked with spices and other odds & ends. There was plenty of cookware & a high-end blender so we could prepare meals & drinks. Overall a really enjoyable experience!

Great Get-Away

We had a terrific vacation in Cape Coral. The house was as described and the pool is magnificent. There were 4 adults who all had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very convenient for getting ready to head out for sight seeing. Check-in/out was very simple and quick. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that there were not any viable fishing poles or bait. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Home away from home

This was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at. The owners had thought of everything. I didn’t need to go anywhere else for fun. I could just stay at the house all day for a week and feel totally relaxed. It was clean and spacious. The pool was well designed. I will be coming here for all of my future vacations.

David and the property manger were both extremely helpful and friendly to work with. The house was very nice. It had everything we needed for our 10 month old, which was so great! There even was pool floaters for him. We choose to heat the pool to 88 degrees the entire stay, because the nights were a little cool. For reference, our electricity bill came out to about $150. 00 for the week total. We didn’t think that was bad at all, considering most houses change $50 a day just to heat the pool. The only thing we disliked was that we booked for one week instead of two!

Tranquil and spacious

A 5.0 location. We had an amazing experience. David is a perfect host. The house is spacious, functional, spotless, over the top bathrooms, comfortable beds/bedding, the kitchen has everything you would ever need, there are a ton of pool toys and beach chairs, amazing landscaping, great TV's and YouTubeTV, and so much more. We used the TV on the patio nightly. The outside dining table was so nice for family meals. The house lighting and fan dimmers helped you set the air to the perfect settings. The outside kitchen/fridge made it so convenient for living by the pool. It has a perfect floor plan with 4 masters (king and bath for all 4 bedrooms). Places to go: Walmart, not Publix (way too expensive) Sanibel Island lighthouse beach early in the morning (6am) for sea shells. Take a bag. Papa Joes Pizza and garlic bread with cheese was amazing. Cow and Kettle pretzels and bar cheese, Yum. Fort Myers Beach early in the day (to avoid traffic) Cons: The pool was too cold to swim in and the pool floor texture was rough. Bring swim shoes. While the in person check in and out process was a great experience, it stalled out our plans a bit. The couch was a bit low to the ground and did not have a high back for relaxing, so a bit uncomfortable. Having some plastic plates would assist with eating outside. The Cape Coral and Fort Myer area has traffic, so plan ahead for travel time. I was surprised that there wasn't more dining options in such a populated area. I think the area is growing and that will come soon.

Loved our stay! Pool, hot tub & lanai were beautiful. Ample beach towels & bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans & blender & pantry spices. Would have liked adult plastic glasses to take to the pool area. Beverage fridge in outdoors kitchen great. Very clean. Close to grocery & shopping & good restaurants. We went to Bonefish Grill & Twisted Lobster twice each! We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella & small cooler for our beach days. Quiet neighborhood. Robert responded to every question & very helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful retreat

The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and the patio is awesome! Kitchen had everything you could want including great amount of spices. There was nothing more our group could have wanted. We rented a boat for the week but with the daily storms we only got out once. The location is perfect, minutes drive to everything. The pool is extra wonderful, spa warms up in minutes and refills itself when you turn it off. Pictures do not do justice to this property it is beautiful.

Top notch vacation house!!

When you walk in the front door you can see the beautiful pool, hot tub and canal! Open concept and gorgeous house overall. There was plenty of pool towels and bath towels!! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and a Keurig. Each closet had a hamper and plenty of hangers . Outdoor grill area, lanai and outdoor shower was beautiful and used alot lol! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

The only recommendation I have is get new cookware,more silverware and serving plates. For people that enjoy cooking this was lacking. The house is very comfortable otherwise.

Amazing!

Great house. Perfect layout for sharing and privacy. Plenty of room, We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Comfortable beds, clean EVERYTHING, and beautiful inside and out. Neighbors were quiet and kind. I can not think of one improvement that would have made our stay any better. Thank you for a super stay!

50th Birthday Get Together with Friends

This is a beautiful property and overall our group had a fabulous time; however, there are a few things you should know before you book it. It was in the low 70’s and breezy while we were here, but we were unable to heat the pool to a usable temperature. When we called the property manager, we were told a technician would be sent out, but this never happened. As the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property, not being able to use it was a major disappointment. We did use the spa which did heat up. On the day before check-out, we had no Wi-Fi or TV. When we called the property manager on this, we were told they would look into it and that someone would call us back. This never happened either. You will be responsible for the electricity you use during your stay and it will be charged to the credit card used to book the site. It is also your responsibility to provide your own “consumables” as we found out after arrival. These include toilet paper as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent and clothes detergent so you can clean the household items you use. If you don’t clean these items, there will be a cleaning fee charge. Finally, when you are standing in the master bedroom shower, there is a camera right outside the window. Presumably it is facing away to monitor the outside of the house, but it was still unsettling. The house itself is gorgeous and well maintained and the property management team is friendly enough. It just felt that the pool not heating up and the complete loss of Wi-Fi and TV didn’t live up to the expectations we had when we booked the property.
