House was beautiful. Had some trouble with the pool/spa heater throughout our trip. Pool tech looked at it and said he knew the problem and the host would contact me. Never heard another word. Likely the last time I rent with VRBO. A heated pool/spa is the first thing we look for in a home. And I know things break, it happens. We paid a lot of money for this rental. Some type of communication is a reasonable expectation. All I ever heard from them after I asked was “we’re waiting to hear from the owner”. I suggested they also mention some type of credit when they hear back from the owner. Based on what I’ve seen, I doubt they’ll get back to me. Been a VRBO customer for many years now. Communication doesn’t cost them anything. I know this is the responsibility of the host company.

Disappointing

Property is nice but the management company was terrible. I waited a full week to post this review hoping they would resolve the issue but after multiple phone calls, texts and emails they continue to be unresponsive. The Property is nice and as long as you don't have an issue your stay will be great. If you do have an issue I hope you have better luck than I did.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully appointed and located near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. However, there were seven of us staying at the house and there was only 1 wash cloth. Luckily, my sister lived nearby, and we borrowed hers. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the pool/spa heater. Jamie, (property manager) called a technician who "fixed" it, but it never heated the pool. Beware of exceeding electric (kilowatts), we were charged $202.73!!!

Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful! 3 couples rented fir a week with so much space to spread out! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, along with the pool table! The view is so pretty and relaxing. Only thing I would suggest is if you live in the states and like a top sheet on your bed bring one. This is a German owned home and they do not sleep with a top sheet. It comes with blankets and separate comforters, so if you don’t mind that you are fine. Next year when we return we will bring a top sheet…easy easy! Can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful house and great pool!

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for 7 adults. Amazing outdoor lanai with lots of lounge space and table seating as well. Definitely recommend!

House was great ve but property owner was difficult!

The check -in process was crazy! Never had to meet someone in person upon arrival and check out, which is a benefit from an online rental. We had a plan change due to conflict and the property manager was rude and unwilling to change contact information. Communication was rude from the beginning of the rental. . The house was nice but over shadowed by the rudeness.

Overall we enjoyed the property did have a few issues though.

The dryer was not working and when the property manager came on morning after our arrival we told him. Nothing was done until the day before check out that the next day someone would bring a new one. Did us no good though. Also only had 2 wash clothes in whole house and the information booklet is 99% in a different language. Had to call management company to confirm check out procedures.

Great house, great location!

This house is amazing! The infinity pool, semi corner spot on the water, and ability to open the entire wall between the house and the patio were our favorite parts. Oh, and the kayaks! We loved having the ability to kayak anytime. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the location was convenient to the local shops as well as a 30 min drive to Ft. Myers and a bit longer to Sanibel. The only reason I gave the online listing 4 stars instead of 5 is that the there are NOT 4 showers. The 4th bathroom is just a powder room, no shower. We made due but it would have been good to have the 4th shower for our group. Also, it would be nice to have more trash bags, dishwasher pods, and some cleaning supplies. We could not wash dishes properly or wipe down counters and tables. Overall, the house is incredible and we loved it.

Out Favorite Vacation Spot

We’ve stayed at this property for the past 2 years. The house is absolutely spectacular! The owners are wonderful & the process of accessing the house & checking out were super easy. The neighbors are wonderful. The location is perfect for driving to multiple beaches during your stay. We always drive to Sanibel, Fort Myers, Captiva, and Marco Island and this property gives us a great, relaxing location to come home to each day. Our kids absolutely love the pool and spend much of their time out there! Sunsets here was wonderful! Just an all around great vacation home if you’re looking to escape your every day crazy!

The property was beautiful but the pool and hot tub would not get warm enough. They advertise heated pool but the owners are too concerned about electric usage to keep it warm. House directions are in German. I understand that the owners are German but if you are going to rent to English speaking people have a version for us.

Beautiful property

Let me begin by saying the property was exceptional. I'm a retired airline pilot and have stayed in a number of villas, hotels, with the hospitality business. The check in and check out procedure has you contact the property manager and schedule an appointment with him. Don't bother, All he wants is for you to sign the information sheet that you have checked in and out. Oh by the way, the info sheet on the villa is in German. Don't count on a warm and welcoming feeling while you stay there. You will be penalized for exceeding the daily Kw hour electrical consumption as well as not using linings in the garbage containers; as well as not cleaning the grill after use. There are do not touch signs around the property warning you that the alarm is on. You will also have to bring toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap , bug spray for the flies, etc. This is one of the finest properties on vrbo that you will find. Just be prepared for the little things that will become a "burr in the saddle".

Amazing home!

This is a beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and clean home. We had a little trouble trying to figure out the pool and hot tub heat but we called the management company and someone came to help us within an hour. I would definitely love to return to this home again.

Great place in Cape Coral

The property is amazing! Very clean and kitchen with all the necessary cooking needs to prep almost any meal. The pool/lanai and the view are amazing, especially since the property is south facing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are incredible. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we will be returning again!

Amazing property

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is exactly as described, and very well stocked with beach towels and bath towels. The lanai, outdoor furniture and pool/hot tub are perfect. We spent nearly all of our time relaxing outdoors. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property, hope to return back.

Very Nice But Needs Some Polish

Overall, the property itself was very nice, what it lacked was proper bed linens, old fitted sheets and no flat sheets on any bed. There were no written operating instructions for the home, TVs and pool equipment. The pool toys/floats all had holes in them so should be placed in garbage and new ones purchased. The gas tank for the grill was empty and stated there was a full tank in garage and that you have to replaced gas, no full tank in garage so we chose not to have to go and replace for 1-2 times use. The remote in back bedroom broken. The screen patio door is missing a catch so the wind open and closes the lock. The front door handle also came loose. With these fixes, it would be a perfect place to stay.
