The owners have thought of everything for your perfect family holiday! A light-filled holiday home on Phillip Island in Cape Woolamai sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas. Features a wood fire (wood supplied), smart TV, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, airconditioning, ceiling fans and heating. Outdoor dining area with 4 burner gas BBQ, a lawned sunny backyard, carport, a long driveway that comfortably fits 3 cars plus more parking space on the naturestrip. The lock up garage can be used for a car or motorbikes or when not in use as a garage, you can use the table tennis table as well.
Dog Friendly ( please note property is not fenced) $200 Refundable dog fee applies on bookings.

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen 7 days prior to arrival. Beds can be made up for an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
