„The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay.“

„The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There ...

„Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage: man kann sie ganz einfach mit dem Zug vom Flughafen aus erreichen und läuft keine 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Wohnung und hatten alle genügend Platz. Der große Vorteil sind zwei Bäder. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden schnell und umgehend erledigt.“

„This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze. The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. “

„The location of this apartment is very good. Only few steps from Pitti Palace and cafes and shops. Taxis can drive up to very close location. The rooms were clean and convenient. AC is present. The only complaint I have is that the laundry area is unbelievably small and shared with the other apartment. I believe it should be mentioned in the description. This is a big omission IMHO.
