Il m’a beaucoup aidée au cours de mon séjour : c’était la fête de l’Aïd, l’office de tourisme était fermé et je n’avais aucun plan de la ville... google n’était pas top... La chambre était grande, un peu désuète peut-être. Malheureusement, mal insonorisée : on entend les allées et venues des résidents. Concernant l’emplacement, c’était parfait. Près de la porte de la Montagne, d’un arrêt des navettes de l’aéroport, d’une station de taxi et de dolmus. On atteint...

« Le Caravansérail est sympathique et il pousse à y rester car le reste de la ville est (très) crasseux par la conjugaison d'un manque cruel d'infrastructures et surtout d'une incivilité criante et choquante. Diyerbakir n'a pas grand chose à offrir d'autre que son passé ( dont il ne reste rien après le tremblement de terre) et une muraille sévère et perdue dans des quartiers ininterressants. Daniel »

« Tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Girdiğimiz andan itibaren otel personeli son derece ilgili. Havaalanından kalkan otobüsler direkt önünde indiriyor giderken de yine aynı şekilde çok rahat oldu. Çok merkezi konumda yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşım var ama otel o kargaşa içinde de değil. Yine gittiğimizde artık favorimiz burası. »

« It’s a brand new hotel, very clean , great shower, beds are a little too stiff, breakfast was great, parking was no issue and easy. The only thing I did not like about the place is the fact that whatever they wash towels and bed sheets with, has a bad smell that annoys you all night . Other than that, place is great and so is the location and staff. »

« The room stunk. Even cigarette butts in an ashtray. The hotel said we didn’t have a booking even though we had a confirmation email from hotels.com. They gave us an inferior smelly room at the same price. No kitchen or washing machine as promised. Actually there was a washing machine in the room but not connected to power or water. Thank goodness they only had the room for one night, not the two we booked. »

« Gute Lage, Bettwäsche und Bad waren ok-sauber, der Rest der Wohnung eher nicht, insbesondere der Boden war absolut nicht sauber. das wenige Geschirr haben wir lieber nicht benutzt und unser eigenes genommen, Gasherd in der Küche ohne Gasflasche, kein WiFi im Appartement »
