Listed says “we offer parking”. Double yellows on a busy road- there is no parking, we parked legally on an adjacent road but. Due to the parking frustrations in the area our car was vandalised as a result - the police suggested we park 20 mins away as rough area! Cost us 1-1.5k damages. Informed (host) DC properties (customer services all outsourced probs to Philippines or the likes) and the customer service was the worst I have received. Total game play. Damien cheeseman is the owner and I have contacted him via his email and socials- promised a response by his pa - yet to recieve! The house was ok in itself apart from no blind in downstairs bedroom so constant light from car traffic. WiFi didn’t work. Host responses generic abd not helpf Only a 2 seater sofa for a house that sleeps 10 and only 4 chairs around the table, this is due to them using the pound as the 5th bedroom. It’s basic- wasn’t overly impressed but wouldn’t have complained, but the false ad, criminal damage and shocking customer care makes the other inadequacies stand out more as overall the worst stay we have ever had. Crime is high in this area. House is for sale so they prob won’t care about this review too much, but it will also make me question large properties hosted by property businesses as the customer care has been rude - offered a partial refund then went back on their word. They have now partially refunded but given the hassle this has been and the cost to fix our car it’s really the minimum.
