1. Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 10 am. Many of the surrounding neighbors live in their homes and do not tolerate parties/events/loud noise.
2. Total Guests allowed are 8. Please do not bring additional guests unless approved with host prior.
3. No street parking allowed, all guest must park in the 4 provided parking spots in the garage or the driveway.
