« Great hotel for a 1 night working stopover »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Best Western. Cependant, nous avons eu un problème avec la douche, la pression d’eau était insuffisante. Nous l’avons mentionné à la réception et le problème n’a pas été réglé. La dame a l’accueil a également refusé de répondre à nos questions concernant le service de buanderie et nous a dit de voir le code QR dans la chambre. Seul hic c’est que, dans le document contenu dans le code QR, on nous demandait d’aller voir à l’accueil pour plus d’informations… »

« Très belle chambre avec un grand lit et une salle de bain moderne, mais je pense que nous avons été surclassés. Spa complet (contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur le site Hotels.com, nous n'avons pas été facturé pour notre visite au spa). Environnement intéressant. Petit déjeuner correct. Juste un petit effort à faire en ce qui concerne le personnel qui pourrait être un peu plus agréable, sauf au spa où la personne était très aimable. »

« Truly fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, the breakfast is amazing and the show dinner at their restaurant has nice food and entertainment. The hotel feels brand new and good looking and the location is nice to reach Glasgow quickly but also to head up elsewhere with the motorway. »
