« Wonderful host who gave an extremely warm welcome. We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests.
Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food »

« Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as Iâd been working all day but wasnât waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when Iâm in the area. »

« I had a really nice stay at this guesthouse. It is kind of old-fashioned, but not rundown. A lot of decorations reminiscent of Carmarthen's past as well as of the place itself. A place you could maybe have found the same 30 or 40 years ago and well-maintained eversince. I really loved the mood.
Also, the owners are really super nice, kind and welcoming. A good traditional cooked breakfast is served in the morning.
Go there if you like old-style UK and want to support independent owners. I would...

« I liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. « Lovely cottage. Clean but not quite spotless. Beds really comfy. Had bottle of wine, crisps & chocolate left for us which was nice touch. Parking is at the start of the lane but we were able to reverse car down to unload & load. Good location. Walking distance to local beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« Beautifully renovated cottage. Couldnât fault anything. Just 5 minutes walk from the vast beach, and the pub. There was a much appreciated bottle of wine and farm eggs to greet us. Situated in a sleepy little village, great for some chilling and walking in nature. Just what we needed. »

« The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. »

« Spotlessly clean everywhere.
We did suggest a little more crockery would be good, as cottage for 4 had only 4 cups for example.
Also though pretty good the dog " paddock" was not completely dog proof to a cocker spaniel

"Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated.
It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find
It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here.
The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful.
We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
