Wonderful home for large groups

We rented this home for a family celebration/reunion. Our party was 10 adults and 7 children, ages 5-15. We had an amazing time! The house, grounds, and pool were immaculately clean. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and utensils, and there were tons of towels available for the pool and hot tub. The host even supplied us with a new iron when we asked if one was available. Check in and out was smooth and easy, and the host was quickly responsive. We made many great memories over our days there and would love to return someday!

Wonderful family retreat for the holidays!

Lots of space to spread out family and friends. Multiple areas for relaxing and gathering! We were there for the holidays but it has to be phenomenal in the summer with the outdoor areas of expansive porch, pool and yard. There are lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Property is tucked away in a spot off a main road so you don’t hear or see traffic. Kelly, our host, was incredibly responsive to any questions. We had one issue with hot tub that Kelly reconciled. House was very clean. Downstairs area is newer and has a very large bunk bed room, extra seating space and small kitchenette and a king size bedroom. The only issue was that heating was very loud in bunk room. We didnt hear it in the king bedroom. Welcome basket was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Annual family reunion

When we got there, it was spotless. Bathrooms were so clean which is one of the most important things, bedrooms were ready. Check-in was fast , pool was so clean and ready for us to swim. Great for family fun!

We had a wonderful time at Kelly's lovely home. There was plenty of room for toddlers to play, infants to nap and adults to relax. A winter storm knocked out power, but Kelly and her husband were so responsive to getting everything working as quickly as possible. We would love to come back sometime!

Perfect Home for Friendsgiving!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Kelly’s property! Kelly proactively shared tons of information about the house ahead of time and made the check-in process seamless. The home was pristine and had all of the necessary kitchen supplies for a successful Friendsgiving dinner (Kelly even left snacks for us upon arrival!). We comfortably slept a group of 17, and there was tons of room for spending time altogether both indoors and outside on the deck. We would highly recommend staying here!

West Point Graduation Celebration!

Between the serenade of the bullfrogs and the dance of the fireflies at night… to the red fox playing in the field… the medley of beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the gorgeous home… the splashing and laughter of the kids in the pool… to all 11 of us enjoying this comfortable, serene home… we ALL highly recommend staying here. Warm and modern stay! LOVED IT

A couple of friends and I (16 people) stayed for a 3 day weekend and we absolutely LOVED IT! Spacious kitchen to cook for all of us, lots of common areas to bond and talk and the home itself was beautiful and welcoming with a touch of modern. Kelly made the stay easy and seamless as possible! Simple checkout and she was also able to accommodate a couple of special resquests. The pictures don't do this place justice. My only caveat is that we stayed in the winter and didn't have the weather to truly enjoy the pools, field, hammocks and grill. Guess that means it's time for another stay. ;)

So cozy!

Photos don’t do this place justice. My friends and I were all able to get cozy on the amazing couches during the day and use the beautiful bar to serve cocktails at night. It was a great space to host a 30th birthday party. Kelly was very helpful and even provided some delicious snacks for our group! All my friends were raving about the spot and we all want to come back during the summer to utilize the pool. Thanks again!

Beautiful Fall Retreat

This home is beautiful! Even better than the photos. I went with my extended family for a fall getaway. The check-in process was seamless. There was plenty of room for everyone to be able to relax without being on top of each other. The outside space is gorgeous and the pool is fully fenced which is important when traveling with kids. The house was well stocked with much more than the bare essentials which many rentals provide. There was a minor issue which was resolved right away with excellent communication. It was so clean and I have very high cleanliness standards. We would definitely return again.

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

I booked this property because I had to cancel my original reservation due to the host's racist comments. I found Kelly's listing TWO days before my birthday and I think that was the best thing that could've happened to me. PICTURES DON'T DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! My only advice is maybe add more photos to show the true beauty of this gem. I loved that the house felt so private due to the long driveway. It felt like we were in our own world. We were a group of 20 and we all fit very comfortably. The place was super clean and had all new appliances and furniture. Kelly was great at communicating and was so nice! We did have a small issue with the hot water running cold but Kelly had it fixed immediately and even granted us a complimentary night for the inconvenience! I definitely did not want to leave. Kelly, I cannot thank you enough for making my birthday weekend so special! If you are considering booking this beauty, BOOK IT!!! You won't regret!
