„Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy.“

„It was our 45th anniversary and we came up from San Jose for a nice getaway.Our 3 night stay in May was so nice! Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. Breakfast at Cornerstone Bakery Cafe in Truckee which was delicious. We had a sweet stop at the Log Cabin Ice Cream shop in Kings Beach. „This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. „The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.“

The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants.
