« Staff was very welcoming, alert and chatty. We checked in after 10pm. The cookie was offered. It was sooo good, perfectly warm and soft.
The room was spacious for the 2 of us traveling. AC worked amazing!
The bed was good. Just finished a 600 mile trip so any bed would have worked. Linens were very clean and even smelled clean.
Only issue we had with the room was the bathtub drained very very slow. But the shower worked perfectly fine.

"We spent a night at this hotel after landing late at LAX. We had to wait about 20 min for the shuttle which was a lot considering other hotels had like 3 that came and went in that time. After that all was good, check in fast, room was comfortable and as described. We did not use the pool or have breakfast. "
"It was a good choice for a single night close to the airport. Here are a few more specific comments.
PROS
- Cleanliness, both the rooms and in general
- Friendly and efficient staff
- Good value for money (great price to be so close to the airport)
CONS
- The hallway (at least on 3rd floor) had a strong musty smell (luckily it didnât carry in the room)
- Airport shuttle - we chose that hotel because it offered a free airport shuttle that started at 5am which was exactly what we needed BUT when we showed up at 4:55, we were told they were already full and the next one wouldnât be until 6am. And when I asked the night before, upon checking in, there was no way to reserve seats on that shuttle and they didnât specify to get there extra early because it happened to be full sometimes (and they had a second vehicle but they werenât using it).
So we were stuck having to call Lyft or Uber to get to the airport, spending more money.
That part was a big disappointment."
