« Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. »

« The condo was nice, it wasn't as clean as I would like but it wasn't too bad. The carpet needed to be cleaned and the shower needed cleaning but the kitchen and living room were nice. People that live around there tend to let their pets wander unleashed so it wasn't very comfortable taking our dog outside. One time we were chased by one of the dogs back to the condo. « Zachary was very responsive and welcoming. Check in was very quick and simple. The home had very nice amenities - my family enjoyed the sauna and massage chair particularly! Our family of 6 adults stayed comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms fully stocked with travel sized toiletries - which was a nice touch! I would note that although there are 3 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower in the home. The location was conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants and grocery...

« An amazing stay! I hesitated booking because it seems like a new vacation rental and there were no reviews, but I’m so glad we went! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and the location is unbelievable. We cooked a few meals and was happy to find the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/ pans we needed, it even had a sifter! There was an amazing hiking trail right outside the front door and another great hike 15 min away. The Stagecoach chairlift for Heavenly Mountain is LITERALLY right...

« Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it. »
