« The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter. »

« The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however itâs free and you canât beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since itâs dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

« There was a âkiosk â attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country »
