« We loved our stay at Four Mounds. The house was fantastic, like stepping back in time. The entire house is decorated in arts and crafts style furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed sitting outside, listening to birds, watching eagles, and looking at the river. »

« Very peaceful neighborhood and the space was as described. I would definitely stay again. The space is a walk-out lower level of the host's home with a nice view thanks to Dubuque's topography. The sink to was dishes is the bathroom sink, which was no problem at all for me but is worth knowing. Grateful for the peace and quiet. »

« It was a great place for one night stay. Not much of a variety for breakfast. Pool was freezing cold. Quiet space. All stores were in close proximity which was nice! »

« The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the sliders to the deck. We had a wonderful view of the lake and we could see all the birds easily from the kitchen. The only suggestion I have is that either a sliding screen door is added or a screen that fits in the door frame. That way, you can keep the door open without letting bugs in.
