„Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gute Lage, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Frühstück fantastisch und mit Liebe hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr sympathisch. Jederzeit wieder. “

„Super“

„The location is very convenient and all round a lovely area but the accommodation was just plain lacking. The bed was hard and dense with only one sliver of pillow, 'breakfast-included' literally just means cold stuck together scrambled eggs and toast that isn't enough for all being accommodated (to the point that they should've left it out entirely). To make matters worse, they are quite literally always trying to make money off of you your entire stay without fail, and i quite literally never ...

„Absolute Empfehlung.

Tolles Frühstück, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche wunderbar kocht. “

„Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.“

„Alles bestens “

„O anfitrião foi extremamente gentil e acolhedor. O hotel é novo, tudo muito limpo, bonito e organizado. Adoramos nossa estadia.“

„Stupendous.“

„Loved our stay! The hotel is hidden in a quiet back street (but felt safe at night!) so while you’re in the middle of everything you get a good nights sleep. Breakfast is lovely: cake, fruits, pancakes, freshly prepared eggs. Cake and coffee is available throughout the day. Rooms are small but well equipped. Would stay there again!“

Digitaler Check-In hervorragend.

„Rundum super 👏“

„Where do i even begin, i am so in love with this hotel. Everything about it is magical, the moment you step in you're being greeted by kind, warm staff & the apple cinnamon scent of the hotel. We stayed in the Diamond 5 for four nights and everyday was like waking up in a dream. I have never been happier in my life. My husband & i are now at a 5 star hotel but all i can think about is Palacio das Especiarias, so we have just booked another 3 nights at the Palace despite having another hotel ...
