« The air conditioner was directly above the bed, it was loud, and it blew on the bed constantly. The A/C remote was marked "do not use." The mini frig froze all my food and drinks, and the frig made a constant gurgling sound. The room was smaller than I thought it would be; it would be helpful to include dimensions in the description, especially for small rooms that don't feel like you're staying in a mansion. The bathroom was so small that it only held the toilet and a tiny shower stall. ...

« The Speakeasy room was clean and relaxing. I found myself not wanting to leave the room. Order my food to go the last night to enjoy the space a minute longer. »

« The room in which we stayed had windows across the entire span of the suite. It was a beautiful view. We took advantage of the weight room but wished it had a pool. The parking ramp was quite inconvenient as it was up steps and across the street through an alley. The hotel does have a loading zone if you wish to use it prior to parking the car. »

« Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. « Very unique building. The room had everything we could need. We enjoyed the oldness of it with all the antiques and history. Our room did not have a view but we didn’t mind. Unfortunately the speak Easy and other bar are closed Monday and Tuesday we didn’t realize that. We would return. »

« Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down...
