« The borgo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The views from the pool were spectacular. We had what we needed in kitchen and we grilled one night. The stone structure set on mountainside gave natural coolness for comfort with amazing views- even from the shower! There is AC which we didn’t use but good idea for peak summer. « Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Gioele was a wealth of information on places to go and back roads to travel. Especially enjoyed San Gusme and the wonderful restaurants in Villa A Sesta. This is a B&B. We thought we had use of a kitchen but that was only for the help to prepare breakfast. We found that misleading as we stayed a week and would like to have use of a kitchen. Lovely area and nice place to stay. »

« This place was fantastic! What a gem. The bed was comfy, the AC was cold, the bathroom was perfect. We shared the cottage with another couple we were traveling with. The bedroom doors open up to a shared living area, the front entrance is through the main indoor dining area.We had breakfast outside each morning. It was perfect. "Hôtel très bien situé en plein cœur de Florence (mais dans un petit recoin permettant d’être au calme malgré tout) Notre chambre était propre, très spacieuse et bien insonorisée. La literie est de très bonne qualité. A l’arrivée nous avons trouvé des petites attentions dans le frigo (gratuit) avec la possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café directement dans la chambre (un petit plus). Les commodités aux alentours sont très pratiques (bar, café, restaurant). Le personnel est disponible 24/24. Nous recommandons cet établissement."

"Chambre propre à l'ariivée, mais tapis et sol sous le lit peu nettoyés pendant notre séjour de 10 jours. La chambre manque de rangements; la salle de bain manque de tablettes et de crochets. Il n'y avait qu'une seule lampe de chevet, mais deux tables de nuit... Excellente douche italienne. Très bonne climatisation. La publicité pour le rooftop est une honte: très cher, et la piscine, si ce petit bassin pour barboter peut porter un tel nom, est tout simplement inutile. Très bon petit déjeuner. Agréable."

"En arrivant, l’hôtel ne donne pas une très bonne impression. Mais en entrant, c’est autre chose. Établissement très propre, personnel agréable et toujours à votre service. La salle de restaurant est spacieuse et le petit déjeuner est copieux et suffisamment fourni. L’hôtel dispose d’une belle piscine, il faut cependant arriver tôt pour pouvoir bénéficier d’un transat et d’une serviette. J’ai eu la mauvaise expérience d’attendre plus d’une heure et demi une serviette en la réclamant plusieurs fois. Sinon, notre séjour de 10 jours était très agréable. Je recommande."

"L’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel avec tous ses équipements et les différentes ambiances proposées. Le rooftop est immense et la piscine est des plus agréable. Le personnel est très agréable sauf au niveau du bar sur le rooftop. Là, ne vous attendez pas à un sourire et surtout pas a un service client d’un 4 étoiles. Malgré cela, le concept est vraiment bien pensé. L’hôtel est légèrement excentré mais on est très vite dans le centre de Florence à pied ou plus rapide en tramway avec un arrêt juste en bas de l‘hotel. On y retournera sans aucune hésitation."
