Das Personal an der Rezeption war wirklich hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Zimmer sah auf dem ersten Blick nicht schlecht aus, aber war nicht ganz so sauber. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig und die Wäsche hatte überall eigenartige Flecken. Egal ob Bettwäsche oder Handtücher. So ganz hygienisch hat es nicht gewirkt. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel und knapp über 160€ pro Nacht sollte man ein gewisses Niveau an Sauberkeit haben.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Aurum in Florence. Although it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, in my opinion it does not meet that standard at all. I would personally give it 1 star, mainly because of its convenient location and easy access to the main attractions. The staff were kind and friendly, and I have nothing negative to say about them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a different story. The facilities were very basic, the overall condition did not feel like a 4-star property, and cleanliness was also disappointing. If the location is your main priority, it may still be convenient, but otherwise I would not consider this hotel to be at a true 4-star level.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist absolut klasse: Sehr nah an allen Sehrnswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen.
