« Good location. Golf cart is a plus, but unfortunately can not be left close to the condo so you still have to walk to get it and drop it off in order to use the golf cart. The place is comfortable, but could use a deep cleaning. Noted the shades in the bedroom falling off, lots of dust and spider webs. The screens for the slider doors falling off, not very functional. Beautiful views from the patio. Enjoyed having the air fryer. Would stay again. »

« We had an AMAZING time. The Scott's were absolutely wonderful. They were avaliable with a text or a phone call at all hours if needed.Beautiful home.Access to their golf cart and funicular (outdoor elevator) were an added bonus!The care, and attention to details really set these hosts apart from others. « We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend stay in Avalon! This condo exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Catalina experience.
