Super accueil est bien placé
Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Ils sont toujours à l'écoute et disponibles pour nous donner des bon conseils sur les visites, les parking et les restaurants. Le petit sur la terrasse est super. L'emplacement est vraiment central. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Établissement de charme
Établissement de charme avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Très bien situé à proximité de la place de l’unversite. Prestations de qualité et très bon petit déjeuner. Je reviendrai en famille au printemps prochain pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Merci pour tout votre indications sur nous et sur la ville de Catane. On éspere toujours d'améliorer... Le prochain mois il y a aura aussi le solarium pour un aperitif superpanoramique et la salle Technogym. A Bientot alors...

Très bien !!
Très bon acceuil des responsables de l´établissement, ils sont vraiment à l’écoute. Tout est à disposition pour que l´on ne manque de rien. Petit bémol : le matelas de notre chambre était un peu trop mou à notre goût et devrait, pourquoi pas, être changé... Sinon rien à redire !

Tres tres bonne expérience.... Nos hôtes, Claudia et Massimo sont tres disponibles, très agréables, et Claudia s'exprime très bien en français et en anglais. Leur accueil est très chaleureux et ils ont plein de petites attentions pour nous faire plaisir. Ils nous ont conseilles pour ce qu'il y avait à visiter, les restaurants, et ont resérvé pour nous notre visite de l'Etna. Cet hôtel est notre plus belle expérience en Sicile!!

Tres proche au centre ville et acuillent
Nous avons aimes vraiment beacoup la Ville de Catania , son architecture, l'ambiuance, bien sur l'ETNA, ainsi que les sites touristiques de Siracusa et Taormina. Nous sommes tres satisfaits de tous les services de l'hotel Casa Provenza en Catania-Sicilia, car : 1.- Tout d'abord, nous voulons un hotel pret de centre de la ville et il est situé juste dérri{erre de il Duomo di Catania. 2.- La chambre que nous avons eu était pairfait pour nous deux, grande confortable, et tout était practiquement nouveaux. 3.- La salle de baign correcte et bien prope. 4.- Le service excelent. Lepropietaire ainsi que la personne que son assistant sont de gens super agreable et ils essaiés d'aider les touristes tout le temp en non-importe quoi.

Wonderful stay!
The guests are basically treated like royals, and the breakfast is worthy of a five star hotel. Everything is in walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe. I would have given an 11 if I could.

Fantastic place in the Old part of Catania
Good location in the Old part of town near every thing. Nice room and helpfull host couple. Great breakfast, servede on the terrasse, on the time you prefere, in the morning. There is a fantastic sandy beach close by - only a short taxi ride. We will be back.

Antonella and Alex were so friendly and helpful! They accommodated my late arrival due to Catania airport being closed and answered any questions with kindness and depth. The room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed. It was ridiculously hot when I was there so I didn’t use the terrace but the view is lovely (and the air conditioning in the room delightful!). It was a short easy walk to all the sites so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, the bedroom was large and very comfortable; the hosts were absolutely friendly, and available for all possible questions and needs. However, when I made my reservation, I was mislead by the description, as stated in the Property facilities: I understood that “breakfast in the room” meant that breakfast was included in the price, and that “free toiletries” was meant for the entire stay (not only once).

As per the toiletries, they are indeed provided as a complimentary welcome gift, though they are not replaced for free during the stay - also to discourage excessive usage of single-use plastic. Manager and wife were so attentive to details and very welcoming! They were warm and made me feel right at home. Helped me reserve a custom bike tour of mt etna through several lengthy calls in Italian with a tour company. Overall great stay and very nice location and service. Thanks again!

Lovely rooms in Catania
Had a very nice stay here, it was easy to find from the train station. Claudia gave me a warm reception and gave me suggestions on what to see (as I only had about 24 hours in the city!). Was served a lovely and generous breakfast out on the terrace he next morning. Room was nice and clean, and quiet despite the hustle and bustle outside. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Super geführte, kleine Casa im Zentrum Catania's. Die Terrasse hat das Frühstücken zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und wurden mit Tipps zur Stadt und Umland versorgt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch Siziliens sofort wieder hierher kommen.

Fantastic location but even better staff
This is a fantastic place to stay, great location just 2 minute walk to the main square, so central to everything. But what really makes this such a special place is Massimio & Claudia who run the place. We were met at the airport with a big smile from Massimo, while he did not have English he went to the bother of using his phone to translate during the short journey. When we arrived we were greeted by Claudia who had perfect English. There was such a warm welcome, we were given a small local drink and a map which she went through pointing out different places both on the map and from our balcony, which had a great view. In the morning breakfast, which was lovely, was served on the balcony and again nothing was too much bother to either Massimio or Claudia. There was also a relaxing room where you could make tea or coffee any time of the day. In the evening when we returned Claudia would always chat about our days travel and give any advise needed for the next day. She never intruded but was always there if you needed anything. Absolutely recommend Casa Provenza Room to anyone wishing to visit Catania. We would certainly stay here again.

Danke fur alle Komplimente. Von unseren strategischen Position, versuchen wir zu bieten etwas freundliche und nuetzliches fuer uns, als der echte und einfache Charakter der Menschen in Mittelmeerraum. Kein Porcini Pilzen am Etna in November (nur bis Oktober warum?) aber viele anderen (essbar und nicht)....Bis naechsten Mal dann! P.S. Entschulding Sie fuer mein schlechtes Deutsch.

Wonderful owners and central location.
Great little place to stay in Catania. Owners were so helpful to us, especially since we don’t speak the language.
