"Des traces de jus séché sur le côté du bureau et sur la chaise du bureau. Pas de thé et juste 2 capsules de café pas Nespresso. Étrange… Le personnel a rayé les murs tout le long des partie communes avec les chariots, une barre de d’angle par terre les deux jours… Si vous voulez qqchose, n’allez pas voir le concierge ; vous perdriez votre temps. Débrouillez-vous avec buttler, ce sera bien plus positif. Tout le reste, impeccable."

"Hôtel propre et bien placé par rapport à la ville. Le petit déjeuner est par contre une honte. Ça ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles. Extrêmement simpliste, des couverts jetables, peu d’offre, ça a été la grosse déception de notre séjour. La chambre était bien trop chère vis à vis des prestations reçues."

Un personnel très attentionné avec une mention spéciale pour notre voiturier qui nous a faciliter notre arrivée et notre départ avec nos très nombreux bagages et skis. Chambre très spacieuse et de tout confort ! Literie très confortable ! Service de thé et cage à disposition Nespresso et palais du thé . Ménage impeccable ! Bref une superbe adresse où nous retournerons pour un pro bain séjour à Boston 😍"
