« Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful. »
« A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable. »
