„The hotel staff was responsive and helpful after I realized I had left clothing behind in the closet. They kept this in reserve until it was able to be retrieved. Breakfast was good, pool was nice. Recommended to stay here- good amount of space and modern design.“

„Sehr schön eingerichtet und in einer guten Lage.“

„The company show you one apartment and then give you another one I pay for a apartment with one bed and one sofa bed and no sofa bed in the room the apartment It was not the same as what was offered Be careful not to get scammed, as happened to me: the owner told me the apartment had been modified—it was being rented out at a higher price, but without the sofa bed.“

„We were placed outside of the city center in a different appartment, without our agreement. No person abailable to talk to in person. We were asked to communicate via e-mail outside of expedia after booking as well as at arrival. Also disappointed about Expedia who were no help at all. Before arrival and at arrival. Provider should be removed in our opinion. One bed smelled like piss. On request matras was replaced by a located through one.“

„Buenisimo todo“

„Fantastic view. Enough space. Friendly staff. Nice pool and gym area. Recommended.“

„They're clearly upgrading everything around. The place was comfortable with good TVs and a a fairly well equipped kitchen. Communication and check in we're easy. The beach out front is really great at low tide because a sand bar emerges that you can walk on for miles. Great place to spend a night.“

I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.“

Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he ...

„Las instalaciones eran muy buenas y la atención también, el único detalle es el ruido del negocio que está al lado de las instalaciones, nunca para el ruido.“

„Nos encantó el lugar muy cómodo y lindo, seguro para caminar y cerca de estaciones de metro“

„The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked ...
