In Cavalaire-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

Communal area:
- A swimming pool (unheated) shared by the residence and open from April to October (dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).

The apartment is ideally located in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
