„Cute lodge with friendly staff! Short walk to Sherwood Forest.“

„The hotel, the staff and the room were excellent. The Pub itself was great as well. Nice selection of drinks and food. “

„Nice Hotel. The Room was big enough. The Hotel Staff helped us.“

„Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again“

„A lovely place to stay, very simple check in, room was lovely, doors opening onto a lovely little garden where we sat watching the butterflies and reading! Plenty of tea and coffee for the morning! Helpful owner 🙂“

„Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least.“

„Just what we needed - clean, good location, easy parking. Recommended.“

„Staff were friendly who we saw. Very limited parking even street parking is limited due to permits needed. No breakfast even though it stated breakfast. Rooms could do with an update. Bar area is nice to have a drink and can imagine in the summer would be a great place “

„Nice location in the open air, the lodge was ok, not posh and luxury, needs a bit of tlc “
