But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »
« Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »
« Prince gave me a room that is quiet upon my request. The room is very clean and has everything I need. Definitely Iâll be back to this place. A plus for vegan and plant based lifestyles is a restaurant called Vegan Cebu. It is just a couple of minutes of walk away! This restaurant serves delicious vegan meals and desserts. »

« We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though. »
