🧼 Cleaning & Care – Our home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay. Help us by sorting recyclables and keeping the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

📷 Security Notice – Our property has on-site safety devices for guest security. Tampering with these will result in fines and/or reservation cancellation.

The windows are fully tinted for privacy and energy efficiency. They help prevent visibility from the outside, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay for our guests.
Please note you will be subjected to an additional fee of $150 if house rules are not followed properly or more if there are any damages to the property or if there is anything missing from the property.

Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation reflects those staying overnight in the home. If you’d like to have visitors or need to adjust the guest count, just reach out to let us know in advance. Unapproved additional guests may result in extra charges.

No shoes inside the house. They can be kept at the door. If there are signs of shoes being worn indoors (e.g., excessive dirt, scuff marks), an additional fee may apply.

Sliding Barn Door to Bedroom: Please close the sliding doors gently. Do not slam because it can go off track.

No pets allowed.

No smoking of any kind allowed indoors.
You may smoke outside. Please be respectful and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Use an ashtray or designated container.

Thermostat Use: For comfort and energy efficiency, please keep the A/C no lower than 68 degrees and Heat no higher than 78 degrees. To ensure the home stays cool/warm and the system runs efficiently, please keep all doors and windows closed. Tampering with thermostat may incur charges. Let us know if you need help adjusting it.

We allow small gatherings or events, but they must be approved in advance. Loud parties, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

If you choose to use the outdoor cooktop, you must first turn the propane on and after you’re done please turn it off. Please also put the cover back on.

The detached garage will not be available to guests. The pantry will remain locked as the host uses this to store supplies. Please use the front door with keypad to access home.

There is a green waste management dumpster if you choose to throw trash there. It is near the first house you see when you turn into the property entrance. Do not leave trash outside, there are animals that may get into it. You may also leave it inside the house for cleaner.
