« Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing! »

Most vrbos i pack a tote of things they never have or dont have enough of (griddle for pancakes, enough towels..)this has it all!!!ice-cream maker, any cooking item you can think of and enough towels!!!Amazing comfy beds and pillows! Check in was easy, communication was incredible. Highly recommend you check it out »

« We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return! »

« We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. »

« The house is huge great for families to get together. The property manager was great! So friendly and happy to help:) thank you for a great stay! Will definitely book again in the future »

« Check in was simple, kitchen had everything we needed besides something to clean the grill with, which maybe we just overlooked. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Main bedroom/bathroom was perfect for us. Sauna was a nice amenity! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. »

« Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor.It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals....

« Where to start! Relaxing front porch, deck and backyard. Well equipped kitchen with an open area concept to the dining room and sitting space that kept us enjoying each other’s company while cooking. »

« My husband and I stayed overnight for our anniversary. The place was beautiful and serene. We enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the sunset from the patio area. Our hosts were lovely and we even got to say hello to their sweet dogs. Wonderful experience! »

« This was a great place to stay. The only downfall was no curtains, so the light really reflected in the living room and dinning room. Otherwise Great place. »
