„Check-in was a snap, and the owners are very responsive! Kitchen is well appointed, but be advised does not have a microwave. No issue heating leftovers in a pan! Paonia is a beautiful town. This cottage is walkable to everything on Grand Ave, and even out to the Berg mercantile. Our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! “

„Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected ...

„Cedaredge is a cool little town in a good location as a "home base" for day trip excursions in Western Colorado. House was great, host was also great and friendly. Nice part about this property is that you get everything you would at home, full size fridge, range, washer/dryer, and an outdoor grill. Plan ahead and stop by a grocery store to get your supplies as getting them last minute can be challenging. The store we used was in Delta (15 minutes away) and it was well stocked. ¾ of our crew ...
