Kindly note that, as specified in our website, we have two restaurants in our park: one of them is a seaside bistro and it is open from June to September when the weather is warm enough, and the other one is hosted in an indoor panoramic dining room until June and moves to an outdoor garden during the summer. As for the pool service, we are truly sorry for your experience. We are verifying with the competent department why our standards were not met as according to our policy it is always possible to order from our Pool Bar menu and eat on the poolside lounge chairs, indeed.
