„Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. Loved the little patio area, was great to dry off our beach towels and bathing suits. Enjoyed listening to the coquis outside while I washed the dishes in the sink outside at ...

„I stayed for 5 days with my son. We loved the place and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the song of the coqui every night and the rooster every morning. If I come back to Caguas I will definitely stay at this place again. The house has everything you need. The owner always answers your calls no matter the time. I recommend this place 100%. “

„We were pleased with our stay. Great value for the space. Easy access to El Yunque. Host provided coffee, but no other food or spices. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again. “

„The home was clean and our beds were comfortable. We arrived at the property late and left early but, not before enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. It felt so great outside and the view was so peaceful - especially with a quick morning rain. Finding the place was challenging but, the host made sure to provide an alternative way to find it. Would stay again the next time that we are in the area. “

„Place was really good and very clean. We enjoyed the stay. Rooms are pretty big. So is the bathroom. The only thing we suggest to have some more sitting chairs and a more firm mattress, they were too soft. We do recommend it.“

„It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us.“

„Beautiful location, Marie was very helpful. All her instructions were accurate so we didn’t have to bother her. You are right next to Luquillo beach and everything was 5-10 mins away. Apartment was perfect for me and my husband and my best friend and her husband. We went for the bad bunny concert so it was like 30-40 mins away from San Juan I wish we knew that but we had a great time either way. “

„For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. Then the bed wasn’t really a bed. It had a cheap frame on it and the mattress was cheap and I had an uncomfortable night ...

"Frisch renoviertes Hotel. Man gibt sich viel Mühe mit der Umgebung des Hotels. Der Pool und die Terasse gegen das Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas einfach ausgestattet und dürfte mehr Lampen haben (warum z.B. hat nur ein Nachttisch eine Lampe?) aber wir haben gut geschlafen. In Fussweite gibt es Strände und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Informationen für den Check-In dürften früher kommen, weil ausländische Gäste nicht immer Roaming haben - Tip für neue Gäste: Das WLAN-Passwort steht bei der Reception an der Wand."

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."
