« Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. »

« Make sure you are 21 years old to book the room and bring something to spray in the room. It had a stinch. Breakfast was okay, parking was good no problems. They need to cut the bushes at the entrance because you can't see traffic on the other end. »

« The TV channel were on and off when watching a program also the breakfast was not even half way to par standard. The only person that seemed to care was the night person she was somewhat helpful. Also my grand daughter could not swim the weather was not that bad it had just stop raining didn’t even attempt to check.All in all I will not stay in Super 8 by Wyndham Hotel ever again. Thank you »

« Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

« We were only there one night, but the property suited our purpose. The unit was clean, with the exception of some stains on the carpet. The outside balcony/deck area really needs ceiling fans because any breeze is blocked off by the adjoining units. Overall, though, I would stay there again because the price was reasonable. »

« Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night! »

« The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great. »
