« Location was great but if I knew about the parking before I booked and how far I had to walk from parking garage and through the garage I would not have booked. « The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code. Cleanliness and disrepair are top categories that were lacking. Corners of rooms had dust, hair and leftover cleaner fluid....

« I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". »
