The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! Although the room was adequate for a quick overnight trip the restroom is extremely small, the elevator shaked & rattled, the firealarm went off multiple times at 6am, and again at about 9.
