„Second year we stayed here; we love the room. Clean, cozy and easily accessed. “

„Love the place. It with easy check-in and check procedures. Downstairs rooms were near the bar. It could be a little loud during operation (Only 5-10 Thursday through Sunday) but it is not open late. Mild nuisance, no issue. Everything was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Chamber Commerce description is misleading, claiming it as a bed and breakfast, it is not and ownership are clear when booking. „Ein wirklich schön und offen geführtes Kleinod auf dem Weg nach Norden entlang der Route 100. Josh gibt viele schöne und interessante Ideen für Unternehmung (Danke für den Tip mit den Wasserfällen, war ne klasse Erfahrung da baden zu gehen) und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war zwar rustikal aber mit sehr viel Hingabe und Auge für das Detail eingerichtet. Sehr gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen für Paare.“

„VERY cozy rural stay with quick access to Manchester. For “in” days and nights the projector is perfect. The garage access is fantastic for rainy/snowy days. Beautiful, serene views off the back deck with stream sounds yards away. Great spot. We’ve stayed here twice now. “

„Our group had a wonderful stay. The ski out location is great and worked well even for our beginning skiers. The amenities were as described and the views are amazing. The property owner was extremely responsive when a minor issue arose. We highly recommend!“

„We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)“

„We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night so we didn’t have to drive home late from a family event. It fit the bill. Self checkin & clean. We were in the lavender room which is at the top of the stairs. The room is not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. No security lock on the room door inside, which is a little unnerving. Overall it met our needs.“

„The Inn was great, self check in was easy, the room was exactly as listed and the place was clean and quiet. The only issue we had was that the property manager uses Hosteeva instead of Vrbo for bookings so after paying Vrbo I received an email from Hosteeva saying my payment didn't go through. I had to submit a separate payment to Hosteeva which seemed a little sketchy at first, but it turned out fine. I would suggest booking directly with Hosteeva for the property to save yourself the Vrbo fee ...
