The following day we left to enjoy the mid day with family and when we returned, our room keys wouldn't work. Went to the office and was told by a maid that we would have to wait for a manager to get keys remade. So they expected us to disrupt our plans for the remainder of the day in order to get new keys. « Accueil assez froid. Hôtel sympa d'aspect extérieur mais avec pas mal de défauts. Notre chambre était située juste au niveau du freeway avec un fenêtre qui fermait mal donc beaucoup de bruit. Piscine hors d'usage alors qu'on l'avait réservé ne grande partie pour ça. Il n'est pas normal que Hotel.com n'avertisse pas les clients car cela est arrivé plusieurs fois lors de notre road trip aux Etats-Unis. Enfin climatisation assez bruyante.
