« I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

« My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. « Nicely designed rooms with wooden panels. Close to city center via Grant road or mumbai central station. 24/7 reception: convenient for late arrivals in mumbai. But Wifi was out of order during our stay. No paper toilet offered. And any shower will get your bathroom totally flooded (no specific shower area in bathroom). »

« j'avais réservé une chambre standard mais lorsque j'arrive le receptionniste m'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas de libre en revanche il me propose une chambre de luxe pour un supplément de 704 roupies par jour (= env 10 euros) Je refuse en disant que j'ai réservé au vu de la disponibilité d'une chambre standard et qu'ils se débrouillent Après plusieurs jours en chambre de luxe enfin une chambre standard se libère et je peux changer de chambre Heureusement lors du départ ils ne m'ont pas fait payer...

« Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family. »

« Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. « It was a terrible experience . Expedia has taken money from me in UK , Hotel refused to accept this as they said they were not dealing with Expedia for a while . Manager Ahmed at the hotel refused to accept my proof of payment.. ended up with I hr argument and me having to pay again for the hotel stay at 5.00am in the morning. »
