HÎtel trÚs bien situé dans un environnement calme et sécurisé proche du métro Foggy bottom. Suite spacieuse pour 3 adultes avec lit trÚs confortable et des draps trÚs doux et agréables dans la chambre. Le canapé-lit est un peu moins bon. Service impeccable. Personnel à l'écoute. Café offert le matin à l'accueil. On recommande vivement. On y reviendra si jamais nous devons revenir à Washington en famille.

I visited the plantation on a chilly November morning. Revolutionary reenactors were there to do gun demos and various activities with visitors. It was really beautiful and the tour guides of the plantation house were not only informative, but clearly in love with what they do.

I discovered this little battlefield park while on a walk with my boyfriend. Having only lived in the area for two weeks, I didn't know this was down the street. The park itself is small, quaint even, but the informational plaques were helpful, if but a bit sad. There are photographs of what the area looked like (along with maps) when the battle took place. Now you look around and only see developments. The pathway is decent and wheel chair accessible
