„The room no clean smoke bad“

„The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the pillowcase was stained. The room also had a noticeable humidity problem. Since there was construction going on, there was dust all over the place, which made the environment even less comfortable. „Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience “

„We loved being close to the bay. The scenery was beautiful, especially later in the afternoon when the light changed over the water.“

„Our property was a good fit for our anniversary trip. Our suite was comfortable and the spa added a romantic touch. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining. Los Corales beach was very close.“

„We would recommend this style of property to travelers who value independence. You have the convenience of breakfast, pools, beach access, and spa services without having to spend every moment at the hotel. Small kitchen makes longer stays much easier. Restaurants and cafés nearby give plenty of variety. We also appreciated the nearby shopping and grocery options. Bavaro beach was our favorite part of every day. Garden pool was perfect in the late afternoon. We did two excursions during the trip ...

„Terrible service from staff.. No one is friendly or polite.. Never stay again here…“

„An Unforgettable Anniversary Vacation – Amazing Resort, Even More Amazing Staff! ❤️ From the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt genuinely welcomed! Our entire stay at Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana was absolutely incredible, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile, worked incredibly hard, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The hospitality here is truly something else! As for the resort ...
