« Chambres très propres et spacieuses mais couloirs assez sales. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé, distance de marche des restaurants. Navette gratuite pour aller au Premium outlet et au téléphérique. »

« The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either) »

« Appartement relativement confortable mais situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Énormément de bruits de circulation 24h/24. Notre logement était de plus situé à côté d’une colonne de ventilation donc bruit sourd en permanence. Je déconseille. »

« Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

« Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. The toilet bowl was leaking and the walls lacked proper attention for a 3-star hotel. Still, looking beyond all these, it is still a...

« Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay. »

« The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
