« Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor. »

« Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive. »

« It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money. »

« The room was bare and dirty. The room doesn't have lamps. The walls were dirty. The shower and shower curtain was nasty. The toilet kept running. The door has toilet paper stuffed in the peephole. It was NASTY!!!! »

« This place was great but housekeeping was yelling in the hallway this morning before 9am. Then proceeded to knock on our door at 9am and again at 10am. I was tired and wanted to sleep in. Checkout isn’t until noon, which is nice, so why is housekeeping making a raucous at 9am?? Otherwise, everything was great!! »

« The staff was kind and welcoming, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was well-maintained and parking was accessible. The breakfast wasn't too bad either it had a waffle iron, bread, some cereal, milk, yogurt, and juice. Overall a very nice property to stay at. »

« Motel très bruyant et peu confortable, chambre avec odeur de tabac froid. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit. Peu honereux mais ça reste cher pour le rapport qualité / prix. Café "jus de chaussette". Accueil froid et expéditif. Assez loin du centre de Omaha. Compter 21 dollars pour vous rendre dans le centre avec un chauffeur privé. »

« My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room I was given was uninhabitable. There was a strong musty and smoky odor and the door latch was broken. The toilet was completely backed up and unusable, and there were multiple bugs in the room.. including a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bed as I was leaving. These are not minor issues; they made the room unsafe, unsanitary, and impossible to stay in. When I questioned why I was being charged at...
