« Our stay at the Omni at The Battery was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had such a luxurious but welcoming atmosphere. « Our room smelled like dog. If you aren't a dog owner, you may notice the smell. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent. »

« I did not participate in breakfast, but my room was very clean and comfortable. The outside grounds could use some updating but overall, I give my stay a 4 out of 5 review. It was too cold for the pool during my stay. »

« For the price we paid for two rooms, I was very disappointed in the condition of both. They were both a bit outdated. The baseboard was peeling off of the wall, the cabinet door that opened to where the fridge was stored was rotting. One of the rooms had closet doors and one did not. Our room did not have an ironing board, but the other did. The sheets and comforter felt like plastic. It just overall was an okay stay. I would probably try to stay somewhere else next time we are in that area. »

« I stayed here for 1 night for an concert Check in was okay I hope they change to digital so you don’t have to fill out all the paperwork at check in but I do understand the paper check in process. After checking in I was told a $50 incidental fee that is refunded back after you check date it will take 3-5 days depends on your bank. on top of the incidentals there is a $10 parking fee non refundable.
