Hôtel près de Centre commercial The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass, Louisville, Louisville

« Great hotel with a very friendly staff »

« This hotel was advertised as having a pool and why I initially choose it before changing reservations because my kids were expecting it to have pool and the pool was not available because did not pass some code they said so should have not been advertised that way when I booked it »

« Stay was great! »

« This was a great value! The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed! The breakfast is a great value in itself. So many options for every kind of diet and taste. The attendant worked very hard at making i everything look appealing and attending to your every need. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lexington. Such a beautiful drive between Shelbyville and Lexington especially with the fall colors.. We were pleasantly surprised! »

« Clean hotel »

« Les chambres et on le décor ont un certain âge, mais l'hôtel est bien entretenus. Le retrait des tapis des chambres serait un plus! »

« Chambre pas bien nettoyé Odeurs de cigarette et de fumée dans les étages et chambres Des gens ramènent leur chiens à l’hôtel Les équipements sont délabré Les toilettes mal nettoyé et vieux Le lit était tout de même propre mais la configuration de la chambre est très bizzare, l’évier se trouve dans la même pièce que la chambre. »

« They are pet friendly and staff was great, my room was clean and the breakfast bar is good with plenty of options »

« Hôtel très agréable, personnel très aimable. Grande chambre avec canapé (et rez-de-chaussée comme demandé lors de la réservation). »

« X large room for a stay - Full kitchen and dining room in your bedroom. Breakfast is a standard one for Holiday Inn: could be improved. I recommend this hotel »

« If I am ever doing something between Louisville and Lexington, I will be visiting Regina. This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience. »

« Everything was first rate with the exception of the "restaurant" in the lobby. Save $13 bucks; I've had better freebie breakfasts at crummy interstate motels. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Despite the food thing, we enjoyed our stay, so much so that we elected to stay there again on the return leg of our journey. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy and abundant towels, friendly staff. »
