« The room did not match the photos. Wall fixtures were falling off, there is a lot of wall damage such as cracks and marks. Place was generally not clean except for the bed and countertops. Ants were on the floor. Bath towels had a bad smell and one of the bath »

« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....
