« The hotel is very nice room is very nice so close to all activities »

« We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Everything was organized and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the restaurant staff (Ahmed, Hamed, Bechoy, Andrew, George, philomene, and other) who were absolutely outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable....

« Very clean hotel, great welcome, and a friendly, welcoming staff who are always smiling. »

« The hotel is alright compare to the price is a good ratio. The swimming pool is nice and the access to the beach cool too. The personnel of the hotel are smiling but nobody speaks English properly except the guys on the reception. However, a morning I let my safe deposit box open, and I was in my balcony just in front of the swimming pool and when I get to my room the cleaning man was surprised, I went to see my safe, and after counting my money I realized that the guy stole 100€. 2 bills of...

« Séjour agréable. Bonne Nourriture. Équipe d animation gentille. »

« Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the sea was absolutely perfect. However, the cocktails were disappointing and very repetitive. If you want to enjoy a good cocktail, you have to pay extra, even with an all-inclusive bracelet. Almost everything in the hotel comes at an additional cost, which is disappointing for a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Finally, our bracelets were removed on the day of departure, despite having a late-night flight. Guests should normally be allowed to enjoy the hotel...
