« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Great room but never saw a human. My key cards were left in an envelope on the office door, I arrived at almost 9 at night so OK. BUT when I went down to check out at 10:30am (they have an earlier than the usual 11am checkout) the office was still locked and there was a box for key cards. I usually ask desk staff questions about where to eat when I'm traveling. I had no idea this place was completely self serve. Felt super impersonal.
