« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Room was clean, and the staff courteous. I do have to say that the hot tub had either way too much chlorine or something weird was going on as it bleached my daughter's swimsuit from an olive green to a pale yellow. It's not a new swimsuit, so any color bleed should have been thoroughly delt with. »
