« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « I forgot all about the self serve breakfast, which with a waffle, fruit and coffee we were ready to walk around McCall until we couldnât walk anymore. Close to many restaurants which made it helpful not to drive around. Weâll more than likely stay again. »

« We were unable to access the property because the door knob was locked and the deadbolt was the code to get in. It unlocked deadbolt but not doorknob. We did not have internet service to call the Property Manager and it was very late at night and everything was closed in town. We drove home! »
