« Employees in the Soda Shoppe and Rockwood Bar and Grill, along with most on the casino floor were excellent. Women at the reception desk, both the day we checked in to the hotel and the morning after, were awful. Smiles were forced, border line rude. One said about my daughter, in an absolute ignorant tone, “I hope she’s 21 (years old)!”. We were well aware it’s a 21+ establishment. »

« We were told when we got there that they were moving us from a king room to a double queen room bc my card didn't work when i reserved on expedia. Nobody called to see what was wrong nor to tell me they were moving me. Apparently, there is an original section of the hotel that is old. Our room had a floor lamp that was falling over on the wall. The walls were cracking. The bathtub had hair in it. The bathroom door couldn't close correctly. The view was of a McDonalds and family dollar. The...
